Q: How do I place my order?

Simply choose your jewelry items on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We will send you an order confirmation email to you. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

 

QHow can I order engraved jewelry?

You can engrave your message on jewelry's back. You may engrave a maximum of 2 lines, and each line can have 20 characters total including spaces. Some special characters are available for engraving. EX: ! @ ? # $ % & . , { }[ ] ' + - _ * .

We engrave exactly what you order. Please double-check your spelling and any specific dates or numbers before placing your order. We are not responsible for spelling or any other engraving errors made by the customer.

Q: I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Lookup page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Lookup page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can do to investigate. Q: I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

Q: I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet. What should I do?

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

Made from Surgical Steel(Silver color jewelry items) with a hand-poured Liquid Glass dome, Real 18K Gold Finishing(on surgical steel), Genuine Leather, etc.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO


Q: When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on Zaharajewelry.com is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-5 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.


Please note: Some of our items in our collections are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

US Shipping Time Estimates: 8-10 business days
International Shipping Time Estimates: 2-3 Weeks

Q: Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact our helpful support team at support@zaharajewelry.com.

Please note:
It may take up to 24hrs for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

Q: I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 12 days after having ordered for the US orders, and within for 30 days international orders, please send an email to support@zaharajewelry.com or through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

Q: How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Q: International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Feel free to contact our customer support for additional information.


RETURN AND REFUND


Q: I ordered the wrong item or size, what should I do?

For any changes or cancelation within 24hrs after ordering go to the MY ORDER section above on this page for further details.

As every single item on Zaharajewelry.com is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance. Support@zaharajewelry.com.

 

Q: My item is damaged or defected, what should I do?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days( from the delivered day).
We apologize for any inconveniences. If your item is damaged or defaced, please contact support@zaharajewelry.com as soon as possible.
We need your name, order No., Style, a brief description of defect or damage with a clear picture of your item. We will check your report and offer a free replacement order. If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.
