Important note: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or does not like the design. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the design and fit of their purchase.
We have 24 hrs order processing hold time for customers convenience. You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hrs.
About Engraved Jewelry Option
You can customize your jewelry pieces by choosing to engrave your messages on pendant or charms back. Please double-check your spelling and any specific dates or numbers before placing your order.
We are not responsible for spelling or any other engraving errors made by the customers. If you noticed that you made mistakes on engraving, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can cancel or modify your order within 24hrs of the order holding time.
After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Zahara Jewelry, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printed jewelry or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your name, email, order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by e-mail, phone call, texting as soon as possible.

Note: Customer's report must be made within 7 business days from the delivered date.
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US orders and 45 days for international orders. Contact one of our customer service team through our Contact Us page or support@zaharaJewelry.com for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
Returns
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or incorrect items simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
